The Wisconsin Youth Livestock Program, in connection with the University of Wisconsin Madison Animal & Dairy Sciences Department, College of Agriculture and Life Science and Division of Extension, will host a LIVE Virtual Zoom Tour of the brand-new Meat Science & Animal Biologics Discovery Building. While the building isn’t available for in-person tours because of COVID restrictions, Dr. Jeff Sindelar, Extension Meat Specialist, will show you virtually all of this new structure’s opportunities and capabilities on Madison’s campus. The building serves as a hub for problem-solvers looking to improve the meat industry, animal and human health, agriculture, the environment, and overall quality of life in Wisconsin, the U.S., and beyond.
