Every year, each 4-H Club and 4-H Group in Wisconsin submits information to Wisconsin 4-H about when and where meetings are held, what activities/events they are planning for the next year, goals, etc.

During your 4-H meetings in Sept. and Oct., your 4-H Club Leader will lead a discussion to help plan this 4-H year and discuss the club goals. Then the 4-H Club Leader will complete an online form by 4:30 p.m. on Mon., Nov. 1. Once the application is submitted and reviewed, each 4-H Club and 4-H Group will be granted a 4-H Charter for the 4-H year.
