Richland County, WI Children’s Savings Account Program
Chelsea Wunnicke, Extension Educator with the UW-Madison Division of Extension Richland County, worked with a team of graduate students from UW-Madison La Follette School of Public Affairs on their capstone project for Spring 2019. The students researched and made recommendations for how Richland County could implement a ‘Child Savings Account’ program. The results of this work are presented by the students here.
