Who are the Ambassadors?
The Dane County 4-H Ambassadors Team is an opportunity for 4-H youth in 8th grade and above to develop their leadership and communication skills by educating area youth. The Ambassadors collaborate as a group to lead educational events, enjoy social activities with other 4-H members, and promote 4-H throughout Dane County and beyond.
What do Dane County 4-H Ambassadors do?
- Help lead activities, including club and county service events
- Promote 4-H throughout the county
- Collaborate with other teens to generate new ideas and projects
- Develop life skills, like leadership and communication
- Have fun!
Why Join the Ambassadors?
From being in this group, you will gain skills that will stay with you for your whole life. Developing leadership and meeting facilitation skills, participating in meaningful community service experiences, and teaching younger 4-H members are all opportunities you will have with Dane County 4-H Ambassadors.
