FEATURED FAIR PROJECTS EXHIBITORS – Applications due March 20

Would you like to share how you are preparing a project for the 2020 Dane County Fair (July 16-19)? The Dane County Fair is looking for four (4) exhibitors to showcase their project process as they get ready to exhibit at the Fair. We know it takes a lot of hard work to prepare for the Fair, and we would like to show our community all that you do to get ready for entry day. The four chosen exhibitors will be considered our “Featured Fair Projects” and will be promoted via the Dane County Fair website and social media channels.

Participants will need to provide our social media contact with some background on yourself and your project. In addition, as you work on your project, you will be required to submit photos of your process every step of the way as you get ready for the Fair. Below is a tentative schedule of the social media posts that will be posted to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat. We will not use last names or tag the photos to preserve your privacy. Lastly, we hope to organize a Meet n’ Greet at the Fair for you to present your project at a schedule timeslot to the attendees of the Fair to talk about your process and showcase your project.
