Online Workshop: Farm Produce Safety Plan

Date: April 7, 2020 at 9 am or 5 pm. At registration pick the time most convenient for you.

This workshop will focus on writing a produce safety plan for your farm. This plan will help you to create standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and record keeping strategies that will help you to fulfill the reporting requirements of the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Produce Safety Rule. This training is not the training required by the FSMA Produce Safety Rule and will not result in certification.

This program is free, but registration is required. Only one registration is required per farm.
