Join us as we discuss key management tips and conflict resolution skills intended to support farm employees and managers. Through brief presentations, a resource packet, and discussions with your peers, you’ll walk away with knowledge and tips you can apply to your work on a daily basis. Bring your experiences and your questions, and let us know how we can keep this conversation moving forward.
