Please join Extension Dane County and Peter Robertson (of RPs Pasta and Tribe 9 Foods) at the first food business networking workshop for 2019! Peter will be leading a workshop on how to price your food product. He will discuss how to determine direct costs (ingredients, packaging, labor) and overhead costs (facility, equipment) in order to get a baseline for pricing your product. Come learn with us in an informal setting with other food business entrepreneurs.
