The Wisconsin Aquaculture Association (WAA) in conjunction with UW-Extension Aquaculture Program, Wisconsin Sea Grant, and the University of Idaho Extension is conducting a mini-workshop as an introduction to the “Seafood at its Best Curriculum” on March 6, 2015 in Marshfield Wisconsin. The workshop is designed to assist consumer sciences educators, nutritionists, dieticians, food service personnel, nutritional outreach professionals on the benefits and risks of eating seafood. This may be of interest to a wide range of people. We have priced this separately from the Annual WAA conference and for $25 includes the seminar, retail showcase and Taste of Wisconsin Aquaculture Cooking Demonstration and Reception.
This is the 20th year for the Wisconsin Aquaculture Conference to be held March 6-7, 2015 in Marshfield, Wisconsin. There is a great lineup of speakers on aquaculture and aquaponics topics.
