Eating Smart – Being Active, Free classes!

Free Classes! For Parents, Foster Parents, Guardians & Childcare providers with children under the age of 19, who are eligible for WIC and/or SNAP-Ed Benefits.

Eating Smart – Being Active (ESBA) is a program that helps participants learn to plan and prepare healthy, low-cost meals for their families. In ESBA, participants also learn how to be more physically active! This curriculum’s information is based on the most current research on food, eating, and physical activity.
