Sixth Street Expands use of Local Meat

In an effort to better supply customers with local products, Sixth Street Market recently purchased a dozen hogs from Lob Pine Farms LLC in Washburn.  “We started receiving them the first of March,” said Sixth Street Market’s Andy Pearson. “The last shipment, I believe, will come in on the 28th of March.”  Pearson said buying local quality products from suppliers is certainly nothing new to the Sixth Street.
