Fortune 500

In 2010, Walmart ranked #1 on the Fortune 500 list of American’s largest corporations with sales of $408 billion. Exxon slipped to #2 with sales of $284.6 billion. Other familiar names in the top ten include General Electric, AT&T, and Ford. Hewlett-Packard ranked tenth with sales of $114.5 billion.

Question: Which of the following companies failed to make the Fortune top ten?

Actually, none of these companies made the top ten on the 2010 Fortune 500 lost. Microsoft ranked #36 with sales of $58.4 billion; Cisco was #58 with $36.1 billion in sales; GM (#1 in 2000) slipped to #15 with sales of $104.6 billion; and Apple had sales of $36.5 billion and ranked #56.
