Instructions for installing and signing into the Adobe Creative Cloud Apps

Download Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Apps

The Creative Cloud Desktop app can be used to download, install, and update your Creative Cloud apps. You can follow these instructions from Adobe to download and install the Creative Cloud Desktop app

NOTE:You must have administrative rights on your computer to install Creative Cloud Apps.

Once you have the file downloaded :

Windows: Double click Set-up.exe from the extracted folder.

Mac OS: Double click Install from the extracted folder.

The installation starts. You can see the progress of your installation.

After you install and open the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App,

Go to the Creative Cloud apps catalog and find an app that you want to download, such as Photoshop.

Signing In to Adobe

In the email address field enter only wisc.edu. Make sure you choose company or school account to sign in with an Enterprise ID.

After you type in wisc.edu you will be redirected to the UW Madison sign-on page, please sign again using your UW Madison Net ID and Password.

Signing in to Adobe Creative Cloud with Adobe Apps already installed on your device

When opening an Adobe product if the Sign In does not come up automatically, you can sign into the product by clicking the Sign In option from the Help menu at the top of your screen. Or if you are using Adobe Acrobat Pro sign in at the far right. 

Sign in with your UW Madison NetID followed by @wisc.edu

If you’re presented with a choice between a Personal account and a Company or school account, choose Company or school account.

After you type in your UW Madison NetID followed by @wisc.edu you will be redirected to the UW Madison sign-on page, please sign again using your UW Madison Net ID and Password.
