Webex Meetings

The Division of Extension has adopted Zoom as our primary platform for collaboration and remote learning. As a division within the University of Wisconsin-Madison, our faculty and staff also have access to other tools supported by UW DoIT including Webex Meetings.

Cisco Webex is a set of tools that allows you to communicate and collaborate using audio, video, text chat, file sharing, whiteboard, and other features. Webex can be used for online meetings and presentations, video conferencing, and webinars. You can use Webex from any computer with an internet connection, and from most smartphones and tablets. You can log in to the UW Webex Meeting Site at https://uwmadison.webex.com/

Requirements
Individuals must have a UW-Madison NetID, an Office365 account, and have an active appointment with UW-Madison. All UW-Madison faculty, staff, and students are eligible to host and join Webex Meetings. Anyone with an email address can be invited to your Webex Meetings. Attendees are not required to have a Webex account.
