Products Sold & Niche Developed

Titletown Brewing Company is located along the Fox River in the historic Chicago and Northwestern Train Depot. This one-hundred plus year old building was renovated in 1996 and converted to an upscale restaurant and microbrewery. In 1999, the depot was officially named to the National Register of Historic Places. Many of the 10 brews served at Titletown have a connection to the C&NW Railway that still runs along the lines next to the building. The main level of the building is home to the main dining room, bar and brewery. You can enjoy one of their fine ales while watching the brewing process through glass windows. On the upper level is the world’s only second floor beer cellar. Upper level also has billiard tables, game rooms and 10 TVs. Titletown has revived the tradition of handcrafting quality beers and provides regional and national dishes. One taste takes you back to an era when Green Bay had five breweries serving fresh beer to the local community.

Market Segments Served

Titletown Brewing Company has a local and a national tourist draw for their locally brewed beer as well as their special menu items. Their market primarily is male between 21 and 35, including local officials, and sport stars. However, their service of providing accommodations for special events/parties has expanded their market to women as well as a wider age group. The first floor is entirely non-smoking, and events can be held indoors or outdoors overlooking the Fox River and the city skyline.

Contributions to the Business Community

Titletown Brewery markets the special events happening within the downtown. The business actively participates within the Mainstreet events as well, and has purchased a local statue ‘nationally known’ to aid in the area’s draw and its sense of place. The business collaborates with neighboring micro-brewing establishments and brewing supply store to market their products to brew enthusiasts. Additionally, the business runs promotions and specials during city events.
