Join us on March 21, 2017 for the 6th program in the Local Government Issues, Challenges and Strategies series, Managing Public Records.

Access to Public Records is an accepted part of Wisconsin local government. This session will consider the legal and practical concerns of maintenance and storage of public records. Learn what the law requires for preserving public records and what records may be destroyed. Also discover how these legal requirements affect electronically created and stored public records, including when an electronic record can be deemed the original record.
