The Lincoln County 4-H Leaders Association, Inc. is hosting a photo contest for the 2022 Lincoln County Plat Books. We are looking for photos that showcase the great things Lincoln County has to offer.

Photo Guidelines:

  • Contest is open to all Lincoln County 4-H members and leaders
  • All photos MUST be taken by the person listed on this form
  • Photos can be from any year.
  • Photos must be in color and highlight Lincoln County or Lincoln County 4-H
  • All entries must be digital and submitted via this form
  • Photos must be in JPEG format
  • All entrants MUST complete a “PHOTOGRAPH COPYRIGHT RELEASE” form. Please download, fill out and upload a copy of the release where requested in this form. Download the form at:
  • You will be notified if your photo is selected to be part of the 2022 Lincoln County Plat Book using the email given on this form.

There are TWO types of photos being accepted:

Cover Photos Interior (Filler) Photos
  • These photos may be used on the cover of the 2022 Lincoln County Plat Book
  • Photos MUST be high resolution (600 dpi)
  • Photos can be vertical/portrait or horizontal/landscape
  • Files MUST be JPEG
  • Photos must be in color and highlight Lincoln County or Lincoln County 4-H
  • These photos may be used in the interior of the plat book, along the bottom of the map pages
  • MUST be landscape oriented
  • These photos will be printed as only 2.5 inches tall. Be SURE your photos will look good in this size!
  • Files MUST be JPEG
  • Photos must be in color and highlight Lincoln County or Lincoln County 4-H

All entrants must fill out and sign a Photograph Copyright Release Form.
Download the form, fill it out and sign it and upload it when you submit your photos (either scan it in or take a photo of it).
