REGISTER TODAY! Deadline to register is January 18, 2019. Walk-ins are accepted, however there is no guarantee of choice of break out sessions and lunch is not available. Walk-ins are not accepted for Friday’s Slow Food Dinner.

Conference Fees:

Friday – Slow Food Dinner price is $45.00.  **** Dinner Friday night will be in the Center for Health Sciences building ****

Slow Food Dinner Menu choices are:

  1. 6oz filet of beef tenderloin with a gluten free herb demi
  2. lemon broiled salmon with sauce beurre blanc
  3. vegetable strudel with a mornay sauce

All will be paired with seasonal fresh vegetables and Romaine mixed garden salad
Dessert: New York Cheesecake

Saturday all day price is $37.00 for senior citizens (62 and over) and $57.00 for non seniors. Price includes lunch.

Saturday lunch choices include:

  1. chicken forestiere
  2. vegetarian lasagna
  3. peach glazed pork (gluten free)

Lunch includes vegetable and starch sides and a cookie dessert.

Check-in will be available at the door, however, lunch is EXCLUDED: $50 for all day Saturday, $25 for half day (am or pm).

Refund Policy: No Refunds will be issued.

If you are unable to attend, you may send someone else in your place.
