Thyme Shares Master Gardener Volunteers and Friends have completed a major project, a book entitled Garden Thyme in Marquette County.  The centerpiece of the 80 page book consists of twenty stories showcasing gardens of the county.  Most of these were featured gardens on our annual garden walks.  The engaging stories were written by local author Kathleen McGwin and are accompanied by photos, most in color.  Thyme Shares members added educational sidebars and articles describing our activities as Master Gardener Volunteers and the history of our garden walk.  We are proud of the professional result and have sold many books already at $16.50.  If you or your group would like a copy, please contact Joni Wilson at joniwilson@frontier.com or 608-296-3515.
