I’ve been working with the Denmark Community Business Association since starting in this role, and I’m thrilled to share their new event that they are launching this fall! (This post generated from a press release distributed by the Denmark Community Business Association):
The Denmark Community Business Association (DCBA) is pleased to announce the launch of an exciting, new community event taking place this fall. The Denmark Community Trade Show will be held on Saturday, October 22nd from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm at Denmark High School. The event will be open to members of the public (at no charge) and will showcase Denmark area businesses. This community event offers area residents a ‘one-stop shop’ to engage with local businesses, meet proprietors and engage with area non-profit organizations. This free event will also offer an opportunity for community members to win one of four “Taste of Denmark” gift baskets, which will be raffled hourly.
Denmark area businesses (excluding home-based businesses) are welcome to apply to participate in the Denmark Community Trade Show. Applications for participation are due by Friday, September 9, 2016. Participation in the Denmark Community Trade Show is FREE for current (2016) DCBA members. Non- DCBA members will pay a $20 fee to participate in the event. As a special one-time incentive for new members, the $20 non-member fee can be credited toward a first year DCBA membership for businesses who join as a new member in 2017. Applications can be downloaded from the bottom of this page or picked up in person from the Denmark Village Hall.
The Denmark Community Business Association is a volunteer led organization composed of area residents, business owners and community volunteers working to strengthen and promote the business community in Denmark.
