A one-day equine educational program for horse owners will be offered on April 2, 2011 in Bristol, Wisconsin. This program offers three separate tracts for participants to choose from including a trail riding tract, senior horse tract, and an advanced horseman tract.
The workshop is organized and sponsored by Illinois and Wisconsin Cooperative Extension Services.

— Advanced Nutrition in Performance Horses
— Proper Foot Care Before, During and After the Trail Ride
— Understanding Infectious Diseases and How They Work
The program begins at 8 a.m. with registration and will end at 2:15 p.m. Lunch is included with the program fees, which are $35 per person or $60 for two people and $15 per youth. Early bird registration ends March 28 and registration fees increase $10 after that date.
