PRESENTED BY: Jim Bertolacini: WDNR’s Storm Water Program Coordinator DESCRIPTION: Currently, storm water discharges to waters of the state from 142 municipal separate storm sewer systems (MS4s) are covered under the MS4 general permit, Permit No. WI-S050075-1. The Department is in the process of reissuing the general permit and proposes to cover the current 142 existing MS4 permittees under Permit No. WI-S050075-2 after it is reissued. During the webinar, the proposed general permit and the most significant changes were explained, followed by time for questions.
