Third in a series on water quality trading and adaptive management, this webinar will focus on how to develop a successful water quality trading or adaptive management plan, and the requirements for submitting a plan to the DNR. By the end of the webinar, particpants will:

Understand the documentation necessary for, and the timing of, plan submittals.
Understand the components WDNR will look for to determine whether or not a plan is complete and successful.
