DESCRIPTION
In October 2014, the Department of Natural Resources issued guidance on the implementation of Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs) through MS4 permits. The guidance provides direction to MS4 permittees and their consultants on how TMDL waste load allocations will be implemented within MS4 permits. The guidance also discusses how an MS4 permittee will be expected to model its MS4 service area and storm water management measures to show compliance with TMDL requirements. This informational webinar provided an overview of the guidance followed by a Q&A period.
