Next Session: 3/4/2016, Wausau: This hands-on workshop focuses on developing an evaluation plan based on your logic model or other change model. Participants can expect to engage in a number of fun, practical exercises that will help them think about their programs in different ways and confidently apply new skills directly to their own work. Links to resources for more in-depth information on particular subject areas of interest will also be provided.
We encourage participants to come with an existing or yet-to-be program effort in mind.
This interactive workshop module starts at 9:00 AM and ends at approximately 3:00 PM, with lunch included.

Audience: UW-Extension Cooperative Extension colleagues involved in programming.
This workshop is particularly appropriate for:
• Employees with 1-5 years of experience with Extension
• Individuals who are developing programs and evaluation tools
• Others who want to increase their own understanding of program development, monitoring and evaluation in order to be better able to help others
Prerequisite: Must have completed Logic Model and Conceptualizing Change workshop, or completed another training or experience of articulating desired change using logic models or other change models. Participants must have prior approval to attend from their District Regional Director,Program Director or WNEP Coordinator.

Participants are responsible for making their own lodging reservations if required. A block of rooms is usually available and released one month before the workshop date. Please indicated that you are with the UW-Extension group and include the name of the workshop when contacting the hotel. $50.00 (Registration Fee covers participant’s costs including materials and food.) Participants are encouraged to secure support (from district or other sources) to cover lodging and meal expenses while attending the program. In all cases, participants are responsible for their expenses traveling to and from the program (mileage, parking fees, meals, lodging, etc.).
