Schedule For Starting A Program

  • Continue to market your program. Consider utilizing local newspapers, radio stations, and television channels to raise awareness, as well as posting your flyers and brochures in places like doctors’ offices, senior centers, and grocery stores.
  • Shop for any necessary equipment. A full list of needed equipment can be found at the following link:

  • Hold informational meeting & give participants necessary paperwork

  • Start class!
  • Collect necessary enrollment paperwork. (New participants should complete a New Participant Welcome Packet, while repeating participants must only complete the Reenrollment Form)
  • Screen all returned forms (Go through forms to make sure there are no red flags)
  • If you did not hold assessments earlier, hold assessments on the second or third day of class.

  • Hold Post-Assessments during final class to track progress of participants
