Extension Wellness Moments

We are in uncharted territory right now and many of us are responding in different ways and looking for new ways to cope.  In an effort to provide connection to our colleagues and to increase your individual level of resilience, we invite you to participate in daily wellness moments.  Each workday from 8:15am-8:30am,  zoom in to learn strategies for coping with stress, take a mindful pause, or learn a skill that can support you as you settle into telecommuting. Tuesdays and Thursdays will be devoted to Mindfulness Practices. 

These internal, casual and non-recorded sessions will be facilitated by the Stress and Coping Team. Come as you are and when you are able. We will learn and grow together.
