PLEASE NOTE: Youth must be 7th grade and up in order to attend the conference.
For YOUTH attending the conference: Re-enroll as a 4-H member for the new 4-H year if you have not done so already. Complete/update your Health and Authorization Forms in 4-H Online https://wi.4honline.com BEFORE you send in your registration. These forms are REQUIRED in order to attend the conference.
For ADULTS attending the conference: Re-enroll as a 4-H volunteer for the new 4-H year if you have not done so already. Please make sure your Authorization forms in 4-H Online https://wi.4honline.com are complete BEFORE you send in your registration – it is REQUIRED in order to attend the conference. An Adult Health Form (optional) is located below and may be submitted along with registration. All adults who will accompany youth attendees are REQUIRED to submit a completed and signed Chaperone Expectation Statement (see below) along with their registration.

Purpose of the Workshop:
- To offer educational workshops which include both information and hands-on activity ideas for leaders to utilize when teaching youth.
- To provide a forum for strengthening communications relative to the 4-H Horse and Pony Project.
- To provide an opportunity for participants to network and share experiences.
Numerous workshop topics are offered throughout the conference by invited instructors. These topics are a mix of horse, youth and leadership related topics. Workshop participants will also benefit from talking with leaders from across the state to gain new ideas and insights into the 4-H Horse Program.
