1. The next Plan Commissioner Network meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, November 28, 2012, 6:30-8:00pm at the Town of Neenah Town Hall. The topic will be “The Legal Side of Nuisance Properties”, and we’ll have a guest, Matt Parmentier, from Edgarton, St. Peter, Petak & Rosenfeldt Law Firm, who has a great deal of experience working with towns on nuisance issues.
2. HATS OFF! Many thanks to Jerry Trochinski for the tour of his energy generation and savings options on his farmstead. The weather was beautiful and the tour was very informative! Thanks also to Kim Biedermann, my colleague in Winnebago County UWEX, for running the Network meeting that night in my absence. Finally, thanks to the Town of Nepeuskun for hosting the meeting that night!
