Tiny and Small Home Tour opportunity! Oct 26!

The Northeast Wisconsin-APA Chapter is hosting an on-site tour of the MODS International business on Monday, October 26, 2015 @ 3:30pm. Winnebago Plan Commissioners are welcome to attend. No RSVP is necessary.

MODS International builds Tiny and small homes from shipping containers. They have houses going up in the Town of Menasha and Mineral Point.

This is a great opportunity to learn more about this trend in housing and interact with other planners about potential planning/zoning implications.
