I started seeds inside and then planted the seedlings outside after the last frost. I planted them in containers on the deck. My vegetables wouldn’t have been ready for the fair, so I learned I need to start my seeds earlier. The leaves of some of my plants dried out, so I learned that my deck is too sunny for my vegetables and I will plant them in a different location next year. Japanese beetles ate my broccoli plants, so I learned how to use soapy water to remove them. I love eating my tomatoes!
