Eating Whole Grains

People who eat whole grains as part of a healthy diet have a reduced risk of some chronic diseases, such as heart disease, diabetes and cancer.  It is recommended that half of the grains we eat be whole grains.  Including whole grains in your diet is one way to eat healthier.
