We surveyed people in Wisconsin in Summer 2018 to better understand what people in the state think about Wisconsin farm-raised fish and the consumption of fish more generally.  The goal of this survey was to help fish farmers expand their business and capitalize on the trend for local food, while also being responsive to consumer concerns.
