You will focus on understanding and meeting the needs of community organization leaders, government officials, and educators using demographic data, including the 2020 census, for equity-centered programming and policy. You will research the equity-related elements in demographic data sources, help identify data users who could benefit from using demographic data and assess their existing data capacities and needs, and design an outreach program to support such data users.
