You will focus on opportunities to address the existing opportunity gap between non-HMoob and HMoob agricultural producers in Wisconsin to help their farm businesses succeed. You will work closely with Extension staff and HMoob community organizations to develop a shared plan that achieves improved outcomes for HMoob farmers based on their identified needs. In addition, you will work with team members to support outreach to HMoob farmers and understand their needs.
