You will focus on food waste education strategies, the third-most important action one can take to mitigate climate change. You will focus on a program that will educate community members about composting and encourage them to coordinate composting programs that serve their community. You will assist in transferring this curriculum to an asynchronous online format and, with that, develop videos and outreach materials that participants can utilize in their community.
