Below is a list of many of the laws and codes that can have an affect on pesticide applicators. The manual presents information that draws from all these laws below. The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection also provides “How to Comply” manuals in a few categories to help.

Federal Regulations

The Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) is a codification of rules published in the Federal Register (the official daily publication for rules) by the Executive departments and agencies of the Federal Government. The CFR is divided into 50 titles that represent broad areas subject to Federal regulation. The CFR may be searched online at: http://www.ecfr.gov/
