What is the Landscape Pesticide Registry?

The Landscape Pesticide Registry is a service which provides advanced notification to registrants about pesticide applications to lawns, trees, and shrubs on nearby properties when applied by commercial lawncare companies.

You can register addresses on your block or adjacent blocks to receive notifications.

  • Pesticide applications made by homeowners or landlords on their property
  • Pesticide applications to the inside or the outside of buildings like workplaces, schools or daycare centers
  • Pesticide use in agriculture, utility or road rights-of-way

This service is offered to the public at no cost by DATCP. Notification can be by phone, mail, or hand-delivery to your address.
