What is Energy? Energy comes in many forms and results from many processes. It is a crucial part of the operation of stars, cells, machines, and economies. Living things compete for energy and energy flows through bio systems. Energy has been a decisive factor in our societies.
In moving towards sustainability, the decisions made today on how energy is produced, transported, shared, and used will determine the fundamental look and function of our communities and activities.
