To be eligible for funding, projects must occur within the Great Lakes basin. Eligible applicants include non-profit organizations, educational institutions, and state, tribal and local governments. Approximately $5–8 million is expected to be available for grant awards. Individual awards will range from $25,000 to $1.5 million.
