McQueen, of the Wall Street Journal and published online by the post-gazette.com in 2006 highlights that family care assistance and wellness programs are considered increasingly cost effective.  The article provides examples of benefits provided by Prudential Financial Inc. and Mellon Financial Corps as well as a handful of smaller law firms and accounting firms.
