Extension moves into new space

UW–Madison Extension moved into its new space at 3500 University Avenue in Madison. The UW purchased the building last summer, which was previously UW Credit Union’s corporate headquarters.

3500 University Avenue features several meeting spaces, including an event space that can host up to 160 people.

“Extension has a long history of bringing university resources to all of Wisconsin and lifting up community needs through close partnerships with campus and communities. Our new home facilitates our mission while creating some new space for collaboration and community engagement,” Karl Martin, Extension’s dean and director, said.

Extension moved from its campus office at 432 N. Lake Street.
