The Wisconsin Food Security Project

Food Security Project

The Wisconsin Food Security Project includes a site where data can be visualized and downloaded to help identify food security strengths, risk factors, and gaps via socioeconomic factors. The tool can generate custom maps, charts, and geographic profiles on topics such as food security, economic security, food programs, demographics, and health. Multiple geographies are included ranging from County to School District. This project is one of a suite of tools and resources from the Applied Population Lab (APL) designed to help educators and others learn about state and local demographics and context.
