- Strategies for building positive relationships with landlords and neighbors
- Responsibilities and rights of landlords and tenants

- February 2025 – Wednesdays and Fridays 9-10 am – February 12, 14, 19, 21, 26 and 28 (check in February 5 9-10 am)
- March 2025 – Saturdays 9-11:30 am – March 15, 22 and 29 (check in March 8 9-10 am)
- April 2025 – Tuesdays and Thursdays 7-8 pm – April 8, 10, 15, 17, 22 and 24 (check in April 1 7-8 pm)
- May 2025 – Mondays and Fridays 1-2 pm – May 5, 9, 12, 16, 19 and 23 (check in April 28 1-2 pm)
- June 2025 – Mondays and Wednesdays 9-10 am – June 9, 11, 16, 18, 23 and 25 (check in June 2 9-10 am)
Location: Live, online instruction via Zoom; Zoom links will be sent a week prior to the check in date.

Participants must complete (attend with camera on and person visible so we can verify participation) all 6 modules to earn the Rent Smart certificate.
The participant workbook (updated 8/2/24) and Spanish participants workbook (updated 2/19/2024) can be printed and mailed to participants if the participant attends the pre-program check in and requests the printed materials.
