- Responsibilities and rights of landlords and tenants

- June 2025 – Mondays and Wednesdays 9-10 am – June 9, 11, 16, 18, 23 and 25 (check in June 2 9-10 am)
- August 2025 – Mondays and Thursdays 11 am – Noon – August 11, 14, 18, 21, 25 and 28 (check in August 4 11 am – Noon)
- September 2025 – Tuesdays and Fridays 9-10 am – September 9, 12, 16, 19, 23 and 26 (check in September 2 9-10 am)
- October 2025 – Saturdays 9-11:30 am October 4, 11 and 18 (check In September 27 9-10 am)
- November 2025 – Mondays and Wednesdays 7-8 pm – November 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26 (check In November 3 7-8 pm)
- December 2025 – Mondays and Thursdays 1-2 pm – December 1, 4, 8, 11, 15, 18 (check in November 24 1-2 pm)
Location: Live, online instruction via Zoom; Zoom links will be sent a week prior to the check in date.

Participants must complete (attend with camera on and person visible so we can verify participation) all 6 modules to earn the Rent Smart certificate.
The participant workbook (updated 3/27/25) and Spanish participants workbook (updated 2/19/2024) can be printed and mailed to participants if the participant attends the pre-program check in and requests the printed materials.
