The economic impact and data technical assistance program provides data and interpretation to communities seeking to evaluate avenues for economic development. Economic impact (multiplier) analysis is one of the most commonly requested analyses. Other analysis tools include benefit-cost analysis, community data profiles, industrial measures, and analyses of economic assets and linkages. The information provided will help community leaders in their planning and decision-making processes.
