The FastTrac NewVenture workshop is designed specifically for entrepreneurs in the early stages of business development. FastTrac NewVenture is a 10-week class designed to help save time and money by testing the feasibility of a business concept before the entrepreneur launches it.
It is a 10-module program by the end of which participants create a business plan. Educational and interactive learning includes topics related to exploring entrepreneurship, identifying and meeting market needs, setting financial goals, planning the product and service, research and analyzing the market, building a team, monitoring cash flow, and seeking funds.
