This is your opportunity to learn from and connect with a food safety technical professional, Shannon Dorn, Department of Agriculture, Trade & Consumer Protection (DATCP).  The webinar will cover basic food safety requirements and provide information to assist you in developing your small food business.

Shannon Dorn, WDATCP Technical Specialist – Training Officer.  Shannon has been in this position for about 4 months.  A significant portion of  her job is identifying training needs and providing training.  Most of Shannon’s experience with DATCP was as a Food Safety Inspector working in the field for 5+ years, first in Southwest WI and then in Southeast WI.  Primary responsibilities included licensing and inspecting retail food establishments, food production and storage facilities, dairy farms, dairy plants, and individuals associated with food production and transportation.
