The Brown County Culinary Kitchen is a non-profit collaborative effort among four partnering organizations: Advance, a division of the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce, N.E.W. Curative Rehabilitation, Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and The Farm Market Kitchen.
We provide not only the kitchen space and commercial equipment, but the help and resources businesses need to start . . . and to grow!
We have found that most interested parties, whether they are an existing business or just have a dream, like to come and tour the kitchen first. To be contacted for your own personal tour of the kitchen and resources, please complete our inquiry form. Your tour may also include an introduction to our technical assistance expert. If you like what you see, and our kitchen is compatible with what you intend to produce, the next step in applying to become a kitchen client is to complete an application/needs assessment form. You will need a username and password, which will be assigned to you by our contact person Mary Pat Carlson, 920-421-0995, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our kitchen is open 24hrs a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We utilize an online scheduling system so that you can request time in the kitchen at your convenience.
