Cake Decorating Demonstration
We will talk briefly about how we started up this unique cake decorating project for youth in Menominee 4-H. Participants will introduce themselves and do a demonstration.

Kitchen Science Savvy to Feed Your Experimenting Talents
We’ll invite you to put your ingenuity and creativity to work in testing your ideas about puzzling questions based on foods & tools you likely have in your kitchen at home. We’ll start with “Which Makes Better Bubbles, Skim Milk or Whole?” and then use the straws in the engineering challenges of “Invent the EyeDropper” and “Invent the Squirt Gun.” These puzzles serve as parables as ways you can use your sciencing skills to pose questions, to come up with possible explanations, and to design experiments to test those ideas.
